Fucking With Facebook- Africa

Alright.. So my newest joke involves me posting pictures saying that I have gone to Africa. I do not know why this is funny but it certainly is. I started off with a realistic looking picture of a plane window announcing that I had just arrived in Africa.

As you can see mostly everyone believed I had really gone to Africa...a few of my friends helped the joke along.

The next day I posted a not so realistic picture of one of my African adventures...
The point of this whole thing wasn't to actually make people think i was in Africa, although that was fun. I thought it would be awesome to try to make it as obvious as possible that I actually wasn't in Africa and that what I do for fun is make up places i've been and photoshop pictures. Slightly sad I know!

Next I pulled out the big guns with my face photoshopped onto a picture of Angelina Jolie with African children. I maayy have offended some people with this...

Pewter Casting

Today was my first time working with pewter. Definitely a good time.
I experimented with different techniques but succeeded in making a pewter bowl by pouring the molten metal into a stainless steel wok and swirling it around to create the shape of a bowl. The trick is making sure that it's thick enough in places. You can make different textures by how you move it or don't move it.

Next our teacher showed us how he makes pewter statues molded off the cast of a human figure.

Fucking With Facebook- Summary

This is a little something I've been working on this past week. One of my better practical jokes if I do say so myself.

First a little background information:
I decided to make a fake Facebook for my friend Ken. I will refer to this Facebook persona as Ken1 and the real Ken as "real Ken".
This "new" Ken has some homosexual tendencies but he's a really great guy!

Soon after introducing Ken1 to many mutual friends real Ken found out and chaos soon followed.

After this, me and my friend decided to make 2 more ken Facebook profile. There is ghetto ken (ken2). He is very offensive and stereotypical. People don't like him much. Then there is Identical Ken (Ken 3). He has the EXACT same facebook as real Ken. The only difference is the amount of friends. It's kind of sad but I really went through all the time and effort to get all of his pictures (including profile pictures) and tag Ken3 in all of real Ken's pictures. I also made all of his activities and interests the same. Now what Ken3 does is he goes and comments on things that Ken1 says. And he says them the way real Ken says them. For example. Ken1 will comment something outrageous or have a funny status. Then identical Ken will respond. For Example.....

 I am now going to show you identical Kens profile and next i will show you real kens profile.

 It is amazing if i do say so myself! So right now Ken wants me to get rid of all of them and is threatening me. What to do!!!

Horrible Experience

I just saw Justin Bieber on the Daily Show and almost threw up a little.

The Beginning

Alright, this is my first post. I have never used a blog before, nor saw any need to. However, now that I started my jewelry website I figure it will prove useful to become more "web savy."

As i am writing this i should be working on a paper for my English comp 2 class, I just can't bare to write one more word pertaining to the legalization of same-sex marriage (which i fully support!). So i guess for atleast a little while here I will be playing around with this and trying to figure out how to use it. Though god only knows who will be interested in reading this!
